I had a fantastic weekend with Leon – it was action packed. On Friday we went shopping at the Mill in Clondalkin. We bought lots of yummy food. We then played Lego Jurassic World. Leon then read a story to me – it was called Water Babies. I was so tired after my busy first day.
We woke up on Saturday and Leon had a big surprise for me – we were going on a trip. We went to Belfast to see Leon’s Uncle Kevin play in his Powerchair tournament. We travelled by car. We did lots of things whilst we were there. I got to go see an ice hockey game – that was really cool! The Giants played Coventry Stars. I got to sleep in a hotel. It was called the Premier Inn. I ate dinner at MacDonalds –yummy! We watched Uncle Kevin’s match. I met lots of people there – the referee, the players etc
I was exhausted by the time we came back on Sunday evening so I chilled out and watched T.V. Thank you so much to theLeon and his wonderful family for looking after me so well whilst I was with them. It was lovely to meet Leon’s extended family too especially Uncle Kev!!!
